Родился в городе Москва, Год рождения - 1950 Учился в обычной школе, затем Московский государственный университет им. М.В.Ломоносова, физический факультет. Приобрел опыт работы в государственных учреждениях федерального уровня, академических институтах и коммерческих зарубежных и отечественных структурах. Cлужил в рядах Советской Армии, капитан. В течении нескольких лет читал лекции: - по формированию и оценке инновационных проектов; - по оценке устойчивости экономических систем. Публикации: статьи в отечественных и зарубежных журналах по физике, экономике, инновационному процессу .
